Our Creative Director fell in love with styling and being creative from when she was little.  Canberra born and raised, she's always been the party planner in our circles, learning problem solving skills, thinking on her feet and being able to transform a blank space into a gorgeous themed celebration of any kind.

Carissa started her career in event management over 15 years ago and worked for corporate companies and private clients styling weddings and special occasions.

​

She loves being creative, making a new centrepiece, receiving an exciting new event theme brief and transforming spaces. 

Carissa's planning and creative skills combined help create the perfect event for our clients. 

Since founding the business with Michael she's been up for numerous awards including CEO of the year, Business Woman of the Year, Ausmumpreneur creative owner of the year and Roar awards and Local business awards business owner of the year. 

 Michael brings his years of experience in running his own successful business to Canberra Event Management and Styling. 

Personable with everyone, Michael liaises closely with our new and existing vendors,  maintaining and building upon our great relationships with our fantastic suppliers and venues across Canberra.

He assists the creative team with event installations and fit-outs creating the most amazing final products for our clients. 

As the Director, Michael also leads our mussel team, reviews business operations and oversees the delivery of our services.

We're always discussing ways to make our business and services the best they can possibly be for our clients. As a Director, Michaels internal support helps bring these new exciting changes to life to move forward to a bigger and better wedding supplier in Canberra as our team has grown from the two of us to now over 10 people including 4 permanant staff in under 3 years.

Romany is the go-to person for a myriad of administrative tasks. Her proficiency in managing day-to-day office operations keeps our business running smoothly. 

Beyond her office responsibilities, Romany plays a pivotal role in supporting our events. Whether it's assisting with event setup, coordinating logistics, or providing on-the-ground support during events, Romany's presence is a guarantee of seamless execution.

Romany's contribution to our team extends beyond her assigned tasks. Her positive attitude and team-oriented mindset make her a joy to work with.  In short, Romany's role as our team administration assistant is a cornerstone of our operations. Her dedication to providing top-notch office, administrative, and event support is a key factor in our ability to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. We are truly fortunate to have Romany as part of our team, where her skills and enthusiasm continue to make a significant impact every day.

Callum, our main reliable muscle man...an incredible team member, always smiling and cracking jokes.  One of our behind the scences pros working hard for our clients event set-ups and pack ups at strange times around the clock,  Callum is a great hard worker we are so lucky to have him on our team. 

Outside of work he loves spending time with his family, friends, his fur baby puppies (who are all named after cartoon charaters) whaching loads of sport (which unfortuantly not many of us styling glas on the team can relate to) while studying hard to become aphotographer. Maybe he'll be shooting our weddings in the future?! Who knows but we're so happy to have Callum on our team and look forward to seeinng the next tattoo addition every few months ;)

Tegan is our behind the scenes admin ninja! 

Our amazing assistant has been with our team for almost a year now and has, hand to heart, changed the landscape of our business with her expertise.

Tegan has takes care of our business admin so we can do what we do best - styling, design, planning and focusing on our valued clients.

We’re so thankful Tegan takes such great pride in helping our business run smoothly behind the scenes. She’s highly organised and dedicated to answering our new clients as quickly as possible and assists with a huge variety of tasks within her role.

With 15 years experience in Office Management, Operations, HR & Administration we scored the jackpot of assistants and we can’t thank her enough for her continuous hard work. 

  Lauren is an absolute delight to have on our team. 

The always smiling Lauren is a natural stylist at heart. She’s a creative, kind-hearted soul and with a calm domineer she’s an incredible problem solver on the job.

She’s also a our in-house graphic design pro so if you need help with invites, place cards or menus to enhance your special day Lauren is our gal to get the job done.

We’re so lucky to have a fabulous team behind us placing those finishing touches to our designs and creating perfection for our clients to bring each and every wedding design to life.
