Our Creative Director fell in love with styling and being creative from when she was little. Canberra born and raised, she's always been the party planner in our circles, learning problem solving skills, thinking on her feet and being able to transform a blank space into a gorgeous themed celebration of any kind.

Carissa started her career in event management over 15 years ago and worked for corporate companies and private clients styling weddings and special occasions.
She loves being creative, making a new centrepiece, receiving an exciting new event theme brief and transforming spaces.
Carissa's planning and creative skills combined help create the perfect event for our clients.
Since founding the business with Michael she's been up for numerous awards including CEO of the year, Business Woman of the Year, Ausmumpreneur creative owner of the year and Roar awards and Local business awards business owner of the year.
Michael brings his years of experience in running his own successful business to Canberra Event Management and Styling.
Personable with everyone, Michael liaises closely with our new and existing vendors, maintaining and building upon our great relationships with our fantastic suppliers and venues across Canberra.

As the Director, Michael also leads our mussel team, reviews business operations and oversees the delivery of our services.
We're always discussing ways to make our business and services the best they can possibly be for our clients. As a Director, Michaels internal support helps bring these new exciting changes to life to move forward to a bigger and better wedding supplier in Canberra as our team has grown from the two of us to now over 10 people including 4 permanant staff in under 3 years.

Callum, our main reliable muscle man...an incredible team member, always smiling and cracking jokes. One of our behind the scences pros working hard for our clients event set-ups and pack ups at strange times around the clock, Callum is a great hard worker we are so lucky to have him on our team.

Outside of work he loves spending time with his family, friends, his fur baby puppies (who are all named after cartoon charaters) whaching loads of sport (which unfortuantly not many of us styling glas on the team can relate to) while studying hard to become aphotographer. Maybe he'll be shooting our weddings in the future?! Who knows but we're so happy to have Callum on our team and look forward to seeinng the next tattoo addition every few months ;)
